Wyanoke is a full home renovation in Chantilly — a neighborhood with the kind of architectural character that's worth preserving and the bones that reward serious investment.

We took this home down to the studs in the areas that needed it, kept what was worth keeping, and reimagined the rest. The goal was a home that reads as authentic to its era from the curb but performs like new construction on the inside — modern systems, current finishes, a layout that fits how the family actually lives.

The transformation nearly doubled the home's living space. The walkout lower level is now a complete second living area — family room, kitchenette, bedroom, and full bath — opening directly to a covered outdoor pavilion and an expanded deck that make the most of the wooded lot.

Renovations like this are some of the most rewarding work we do. The constraints of an existing structure force better design decisions, and the result is a home with a depth that brand-new construction can't replicate.
